THE SCOPE

With 30 years of history, today Gaming1 is one of the international leaders in both land\-based and online games of chance (casino games, sports betting and poker) and one of the top technological companies in Belgium. Its evolution at the heart of innovation is accompanied by a diversification and specialization of positions, with the creation of new cutting\-edge jobs.

As CRM intern you are part of the marketing and operations team, which is responsible for the 360 planning and execution of our CRM campaigns and journeys. You will work closely with the CRM Managers and Specialists to assist in driving conversion, improving retention and customer loyalty. Responsible for setting up some communications and promotions.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

In general, you will learn how technology\-driven companies, as well as multinational companies, work. You will learn how iGaming companies generate value. Operationally, you will learn to segment audiences, adapt communication content, and integrate communications on websites and third\-party tools.

YOUR ROLE

  • Write content for promotions

  • Schedule emails and promotional communications

  • Schedule promotions and tournaments

  • Manage sliders and on\-site communications

  • Analyze the results of such actions

YOUR PROFILE
  • You are currently pursuing or about to complete a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related field.

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

  • You are available during July and August.

  • You have strong writing and communication skills.

  • You are organized, detail\-oriented, and eager to learn.

  • You have an interest in digital marketing, CRM, and customer engagement.

  • You are comfortable working with digital tools and analyzing campaign results.

  • An interest in sports, gaming, or entertainment is a plus.
