Field Sales Representative/ Lead Generation

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Canvassers. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with the community \& gathering details from council/housing association tenants. This position is ideal for those who possess strong communication skills, possess emphaty a friendly disposition. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as your language skills will enhance our outreach efforts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door\-to\-door canvassing to obtain council/association tenants details with disrepair issues


• Engage with community members in a friendly and professional


• Provide information about our offerings and answer any questions from potential customers


• Collaborate with team members to develop effective canvassing strategies

Qualifications

• Strong marketing knowledge or experience is preferred


• Excellent communication skills verbally


• Proven customer service experience with a focus on building relationships


• Bilingual abilities are a significant advantage, enabling effective communication with diverse communities


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team


• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
