Complete Pest Control Services is a growing family\-run pest control company providing commercial and domestic pest control services across Shropshire, North Wales and the North West.
We are looking for a confident and motivated field sales person to help grow our commercial customer base.
This is an on\-the\-road role focused on generating new business through cold calling, face\-to\-face meetings, relationship building and conducting site surveys for prospective customers.
This is not a desk\-based sales role. We want someone proactive, self\-motivated and comfortable getting out into businesses and opening doors.
What you’ll be doing
- Cold calling businesses and commercial premises
- Identifying and generating new business opportunities
- Meeting customers face\-to\-face and building relationships
- Conducting site surveys and identifying pest control risks
- Preparing quotations, survey reports and recommendations
- Following up enquiries and converting opportunities into long\-term contracts
- Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems and spreadsheets
- Representing the company professionally in the field
- Previous sales experience is essential
- Confident speaking to people face\-to\-face
- Comfortable with cold calling and generating new business
- Self\-motivated with the ability to manage your own workload
- Strong communication and relationship\-building skills
- Good IT skills including spreadsheets and quote generation
- A flexible approach and ability to adapt in a fast\-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence
