Location: Whitchurch (Shropshire) and surrounding areas
Pay: Up to £14\.00 per hour \+ paid travel time, waiting time, and mileage
Hours: Full\-time (must include evenings and weekends)
Job Overview
AStar Homecare is recruiting compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Workers to support clients in their own homes across Whitchurch and surrounding areas.
We welcome applications from individuals already in the UK who may require a sponsorship switch, however applicants must already live within 10 miles of Whitchurch or Malpas
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assisting with medication prompts in line with care plans
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Supporting with light household tasks and meal preparation
- Promoting independence and maintaining a safe, comfortable home environment
- Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Must live within 10 miles of Whitchurch
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
- Willingness to complete full training and ongoing development
- For sponsorship switch applicants: living within 10 miles
- Competitive pay up to £14\.00 per hour
