About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Field Sales Representative to join a growing acquisition team focused on expanding driver supply in small and medium-sized cities across the UK. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting city launches, maintaining driver engagement, and ensuring supply meets customer demand.

Key Responsibilities • Conduct market visits to support driver acquisition activities.

• Deliver information sessions to prospective drivers.


• Participate in outbound calling campaigns to engage potential and newly registered drivers.


• Build relationships with prospective drivers, understanding their needs and promoting the benefits of joining the platform.


• Support drivers through the onboarding process and help them become active quickly.


• Gather market feedback and provide insights to operational teams.


• Assist in managing local partnerships that support growth and expansion initiatives.


• Identify opportunities to improve the overall driver experience.

Requirements • Minimum 1 year's experience in field sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.


• Proactive and solution-focused approach.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.


• Candidates should be based in or around London.

• Rate: £14.42 per hour


• Contract Length: 6 Months
