About the role
We're looking for experienced field sales people who want to lead, not just sell. If you've done face to face, door to door, events or street fundraising and you're ready to run your own team, you'll be fast tracked straight into leadership with us. You'll start on the field, prove you know your craft, then move into leading and developing your own group of reps.
What you'll be doing
- Selling face to face on London high streets, leading from the front
- Coaching newer reps on approach, pitch and objection handling
- Hitting and exceeding daily and weekly targets
- Running team briefings, setting goals and keeping energy high
- Being fast tracked into a Team Leader role with your own group
- Proven face to face sales experience \- field sales, door to door, events, fundraising or similar
- Someone who wants to lead and develop others
- Confident, resilient, and comfortable with targets
- Based in London and able to travel to Finsbury Park
- 18 or over
- Competitive earnings commission based with uncapped potential
- Fast tracked to leadership \- not a vague promise, a defined route
