Field Sales Executive (Full Time)

BAPP are the biggest independent distributor of fasteners in the UK. As well is industrial fasteners and fixings BAPP also supply a comprehensive range of consumables PPE and tools. BAPP have 13 distribution centres across the UK with a bulk distribution centre based in Barnsley. Trading over 50 years BAPP are a well established Family run business spanning 3 generations.

Full Time Field Sales Executive Required

We are currently looking for a full time external sales Executive to work within a well\-established team covering Lincolnshire Duties will include...

• Proactively speak to customers on a daily basis.


• Book face\-to\-face meetings with customers.


• Supporting the relevant internal sales representative by developing and maintaining relationships with personnel at all levels.


• Be a main point of contact to ensure a smooth process for customers.


• Represent the company to the customer in a professional and efficient manner through effective account management techniques, telephone and email contact.


• Ensure the timely delivery of sales proposals/quotes and solutions to meet customer needs and objectives.


• Attend meetings as and when required including and not limited to; weekly and quarterly sales team, operations and tender meetings.


• Must be flexible within the role.

Hours of Work:

Monday \- Thursday: 8\.00 \- 17\.00

Friday: 8\.00 \- 16\.00

Skills / Experience required:

• Full clean drivers license.


• Two years internal/external sales experience.

(Advantage, not essential)

• Fastener/industrial supplies knowledge


• Must be able to work as part of a team in a busy environment.


• Highly organised, conscientious and keen to deliver a high level of Customer Service.


• Self\-motivated with good attention to detail.


• Flexibility and willingness to work hard.


• Reliable with the desire to exceed expectations.


• Legal right to work in the UK with a valid passport.

Salary:

£32,000\-£34,000

Holidays:

20 days per year, plus statutory Bank Holiday and Christmas shutdown
