Role Overview
The Field Regional Manager is responsible for recruiting, managing, and optimising a regional team of 3 to 4 field agents who conduct in\-person visits and data collection whilst leading by example. The primary objective is to ensure high\-converting, compliant customer interactions and accurate documentation capture.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of field representatives across designated territories.
- Performance Optimisation: Set and monitor daily/weekly KPI targets for site visits, evidence collection quality, and successful documentation completion.
- Compliance \& Quality Assurance: Ensure all field activities strictly adhere to GDPR and internal quality standards to maintain operational integrity.
- Territory Management: Utilise geographic mapping and demographic data to deploy field agents efficiently, minimising travel time and maximising daily contact rates.
- Reporting: Deliver weekly performance reports to senior management highlighting conversion metrics, agent ROI, and territory growth opportunities.
- Proven experience managing field sales, pitching, canvassing, or assessments in teams.
- Strong capability in data\-driven performance management and territory routing.
- Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the designated region.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive regional performance.
Pay: £35,000\.00\-£55,000\.00 per year
