What You’ll Do

As an Ad\-Hoc Field Merchandiser, you’ll use your communication skills, attention to detail, and initiative to deliver excellent in\-store execution. Your responsibilities include:

Working locally, covering supermarkets and retailers within a 15\-mile radius.

• Ensuring products are well\-stocked, visible, and correctly merchandised.


• Building strong relationships with store staff and managers to secure additional displays and stock orders.


• Representing brands by sharing updates on new launches, promotions, and activity.


• Maintaining store standards through shelf replenishment and the installation of Point of Sale (POS) materials.

You will be successful in this role if you:

• Thrive in fast\-paced environments and remain calm under pressure.


• Communicate clearly and confidently with store colleagues.


• Demonstrate strong organisation, reliability, and attention to detail.


• Work effectively within a wider team, particularly during larger campaigns.

Previous merchandising experience is desirable but not essential.Essential Requirements* An iOS device (iPhone or iPad with iOS 18\.0 or higher).

• A U.K. Driving Licence – with own car, valid MOT and insurance for business use, unless applying for a role in London where use of TfL is permitted.


• Right to work in the U.K.
