About the Role: This is a varied and rewarding position that combines client assessments, team development, training delivery, quality assurance, and office\-based administration.

You will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional care while supporting our CareAngels to thrive in their roles.

Working 37\.5 hours per week, you will also participate in our out\-of\-hours on\-call rota and provide care support when required to ensure our clients always receive the highest standard of service.

Your Responsibilities \- As our Care Supervisor, Assessor \& Trainer, you will:

  • Complete detailed client assessments and create personalised care plans

  • Manage onboarding paperwork, contracts, consent forms, and care documentation

  • Conduct client reviews to ensure care remains safe, effective, and responsive

  • Support capacity planning and work closely with the Care Coordinator and Registered Manager

  • Investigate and resolve concerns or complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a solution\-focused approach

  • Deliver engaging face\-to\-face training and support ongoing learning and development

  • Carry out supervisions, competency assessments, observations, and mentoring sessions

  • Support shadowing and induction of new Care Assistants and Support Workers

  • Complete audits and quality assurance checks to maintain our high standards

  • Promote a positive culture where people feel valued, supported, and motivated

  • Be a Team Leader and lead by example, championing our values of compassion, professionalism, reliability, and excellence
About You \- We are looking for someone who is:

Essential Requirements
  • Full UK Driving Licence and business use insurance

  • Minimum of 2 years' hands\-on care experience

  • Minimum of 1 year in a senior care or office\-based care role

  • Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care

  • Care Certificate

  • Experience using care management software

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong planning, time management, and organisational skills
