You will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional care while supporting our CareAngels to thrive in their roles.
Working 37\.5 hours per week, you will also participate in our out\-of\-hours on\-call rota and provide care support when required to ensure our clients always receive the highest standard of service.
Your Responsibilities \- As our Care Supervisor, Assessor \& Trainer, you will:
- Complete detailed client assessments and create personalised care plans
- Manage onboarding paperwork, contracts, consent forms, and care documentation
- Conduct client reviews to ensure care remains safe, effective, and responsive
- Support capacity planning and work closely with the Care Coordinator and Registered Manager
- Investigate and resolve concerns or complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a solution\-focused approach
- Deliver engaging face\-to\-face training and support ongoing learning and development
- Carry out supervisions, competency assessments, observations, and mentoring sessions
- Support shadowing and induction of new Care Assistants and Support Workers
- Complete audits and quality assurance checks to maintain our high standards
- Promote a positive culture where people feel valued, supported, and motivated
- Be a Team Leader and lead by example, championing our values of compassion, professionalism, reliability, and excellence

- Full UK Driving Licence and business use insurance
- Minimum of 2 years' hands\-on care experience
- Minimum of 1 year in a senior care or office\-based care role
- Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care
- Care Certificate
- Experience using care management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning, time management, and organisational skills
