La Vie en Rose is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Complex Care Assistant to support clients across Tewkesbury

- Airway management
- Diabetes care
- Dementia
- Learning disabilities support
- Autism support
- Epilepsy

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in complex care sector Learning Disabilities , Epilepsy.
- Good communication skills and a good sense of humour
- Have compassion, empathy and patience
- Are trustworthy, honest and respectful Demonstrate understanding of self\-centred care
- Treats others with dignity and respect
- Helps vulnerable people live as comfortably as possible
- Assisting patients with grooming and personal hygiene
- Administering medication and feed via a peg
- Monitoring clients’ health and wellbeing
- Maintaining and updating reports
- Daily tasks that may be required – such as light housekeeping,
- Supporting with social interaction
- Support to other team members in emergency situations
- Working alternate weekends essential
