At Right at Home Swindon, we're looking for female Care Assistants to join our friendly and supportive team.

New to care? If you're kind, reliable, patient and passionate about helping others, we'll provide all the training and support you need to become a confident Care Assistant.

Whether you're looking for full\-time hours, part\-time work or additional shifts around other commitments, we offer a range of flexible shift patterns.

What will you be doing?

As a Care Assistant, you'll help people with everyday tasks, adapting your support to suit each person's needs and routines. You'll help them stay safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes.

Your role may include:

• Providing companionship and emotional support


• Supporting clients with their daily routines


• Assisting with personal care where required


• Preparing meals and drinks


• Supporting with medication


• Supporting clients to maintain their independence


• Completing light household tasks


• Building positive and meaningful relationships with clients


• Providing encouragement and reassurance

Every client is different, and you'll receive the training and ongoing support you need to provide outstanding care and support.
