Pay: £13\.70 on weekdays and £14\.20 per hour on weekends

Driving Required: Yes , must have a car and full UK licence

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you’ll support clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Your duties will include:

• Supporting with personal care and daily routines


• Providing companionship and emotional support


• Assisting with meals and medication prompts


• Helping clients remain safe and comfortable at home

Pay Structure

• £13\.70 weekdays


• £14\.20 on weekends


• Rising to £20\.55 on bank holidays

Shift Patterns

• Evening: 4:00pm – 10:00pm


• Optional waking or sleeping night shifts available

What We’re Looking For

• Caring, patient, and dependable individuals


• Some care experience preferred (including unpaid family care)


• Must live in or near Gloucester


• Full UK driving licence \& access to a vehicle (essential)


• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)


• Availability for mornings, evenings, and/or weekends
