About the Service:

St Saviours is a 29\-bed nursing home supporting male and female adults with learning disabilities, Huntington's disease, acquired brain injuries and dementia. The service provides a safe, structured and person\-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.

People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, baking, arts \& crafts, darts in the garden and quizzes.

About the Role

As an Care Assistant, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities, Huntington's disease, acquired brain injuries and dementia to live life their way.

You’ll:

  • Support independence and personal goals

  • Deliver high\-quality, person\-centred care

  • Plan and deliver meaningful activities and events

  • Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing

  • Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support

Pay Structure
  • Entry Level – £13\.45 per hour

You will have 6 months from starting the role to register for your Social Care Wales pin.
