Factory Manager

Clearseal are currently seeking a reliable Factory Manager to join our team. This is a full\-time permanent position.

Clearseal is an Aquarium manufacturer based in Aston (Postcode: B7 4NU), creating both bespoke and standard build aquarium \& vivarium sets.

Key Benefits:

Salary: Between £34,000\.00 \- £35,000\.00

Hours: 7\.30am – 4\.00pm \+ overtime as needs of business dictate

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (No weekend or bank holiday work)

Job Type: Permanent

Monthly Pay

Candidate Requirements:

• Hands on approach


• To be involved in all aspects of producing glass aquariums, wooden cabinets and reptile related products


• Ideally would have some knowledge in glass and wood production but not essential


• Will oversee all aspects of production


• Manage a team on a daily basis within a factory / manufacturing setting


• Day to day running of the business


• Be responsible for all aspects of Health \& Safety within the building


• Administrative responsibilities will include basic payroll admin to HQ for team, absence management and personnel planning


• Be confident to deal with suppliers and customers via phone and email


• Deal with machine issues and liaise with external engineers when necessary


• Responsible for ordering / purchasing supplies
