Facilities and Venue Operations Officer

About the role
The Venue Operations Officer will be at the heart of the everyday running of Horizon Leeds, delivering a 5\-star quality service to all delegates who attend meeting and conferences at Horizon Leeds.\[LH1]
- Support the Facilities and Venue Operations manager with the day to day running of a busy Conference and Events Venue
- Be the first point of contact for onsite client support
- Provide 5\-star customer service to all Horizons stakeholders
- Liaise and maintain strong working relationships with new and existing suppliers.
- Provision of pre\-event management and event operational support
We are looking to add a proactive, organised, and individual to our team. You will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and a keen eye for health and safety, you will also have:
- a passion for customer service and providing great operational service / support,
- the ability to build positive working relationships at all levels across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Working in a small team you will get to experience the operational running of a busy events \& hospitality venue.
