- Checking in on clients by Email/Telephone/Face to Face
- Daily organisation of individual tasks
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional with empathy, and a GSOH
- Strong administration skills
- Highly organised
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- An eye for detail and accuracy
- IT Literate, with EXCEL
- Live locally to Leatherhead with own transport
