Job Overview

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for engaging people face\-to\-face? We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our dynamic sales team in a face\-to\-face sales role. This position at Restoring Smiles CIC runs magazine sales that directly fund care packages for underprivileged communities, while also creating paid sales jobs for UK youth and funding boxing gyms in deprived UK areas. Every sale you make goes straight back into that mission you're not just selling a magazine, you're funding it.

Duties

• Engage with potential customers directly in public or designated sales environments to promote products or services.


• Build rapport quickly by understanding customer needs and providing clear, compelling information about offerings.


• Negotiate terms and close sales efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.


• Manage your schedule effectively to maximize daily customer interactions and sales opportunities.


• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow\-up actions using IT tools.


• Drive your own success by setting personal goals and managing time efficiently to meet targets.


• Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve strategies, and ensure consistent brand messaging.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse customers in English.


• Proven experience or aptitude in face\-to\-face sales, B2B (business\-to\-business) sales experience is a plus.


• Excellent negotiation skills to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable driving ability are preferred for traveling between locations.


• Customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor.


• Good IT skills for managing digital records and using sales tools efficiently.


• Strong organizational skills and excellent time management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
