Priory Hospital Altrincham has an opportunity for a bank therapy services administrator to join our team.

Priory Hospital Altrincham, Hale, Cheshire provides inpatient and outpatient treatment for a range of mental health conditions and addictions, including depression, anxiety disorders, stress, OCD, phobias, PTSD and bipolar disorder. It is accessible by public transport, with local bus routes serving Rappax Road and Altrincham railway station approximately 1–2 miles from the hospital.### What you'll be doing

You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you're assisting with day\-to\-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.* Answering phone calls and dealing with any queries that may arise whilst also sign posting the caller in the right direction to respective departments

  • Redirecting and handling mail

  • Ensure guest security paperwork is completed (where required)

  • Complete Administration duties as and when required

  • Liaises with key unit personnel to ensure that all funding is in place, prior to patient’s treatment, as well as contacting the necessary external organisations to obtain the appropriate funding guarantees

The post holder will ideally have previous experience in a similar administrative role, with a strong understanding of administrative tasks and the ability to manage a fast\-paced workload effectively. The successful candidate will have strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent time management and organisational abilities, and the confidence to work effectively under pressure. Excellent customer service skills are essential, along with experience handling telephone calls in a professional manner, responding to customer queries, signposting individuals to the appropriate services, and redirecting questions where necessary. A background in administration and the ability to prioritise and manage incoming tasks and duties efficiently would be highly desirable.### What we will give you in return
