F&B Supervisor for The Table Restaurant at Copenhagen Marriott Hotel

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Food \& Beverage Supervisor for Copenhagen Marriott Hotel to oversee our daily operations and ensure memorable experiences for our guests.

Your role will include:

To ensure the smooth operation of your establishment, you are responsible for supervising daily food and beverage service activities. This includes managing The Table restaurant, executive lounge, bar, outdoor terrace and other events while diligently enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations. You also oversee staff management by training, mentoring, and motivating the food and beverage team to uphold high performance standards.

Customer service excellence is a priority for you, so you promptly address inquiries and complaints, closely monitor service quality and guest satisfaction, and implement necessary improvements. On the logistics side, you manage inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen to guarantee the timely delivery of food and beverage products.

Lastly, you maintain comprehensive focus on employee performance and customer feedback to guide management decisions while ensuring adherence to company brand standards.

You will bring:

• Proven experience in the food and beverage industry 3\-4 years, preferably in a supervisory role.


• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, service techniques, and cost controls.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer service and team collaboration.


• Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems.


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a fast\-paced environment.


• a strong commitment to service excellence, a positive attitude, and the ability to inspire your colleagues
