The Role
We are looking for a driven F\&B Supervisor / Champion to take ownership of our food and beverage offer and lead from the front.
This is more than a supervisory role. It is an opportunity to demonstrate your readiness for management, with a clear expectation that the successful candidate can grow into a future F\&B Manager.
You will:

• Lead day\-to\-day F\&B operations across bar and kitchen


• Deliver consistently high standards of customer experience


• Train, coach, and develop your team


• Drive sales through confident upselling and product knowledge


• Maintain excellent standards in food safety, cleanliness, and brand execution


• Support stock control, HACCP compliance, and rota management


• Work closely with the General Manager to improve performance and profitability

About You

• Experience in a hospitality, leisure, or F\&B environment (supervisory level preferred)


• A natural leader who takes a hands\-on, lead\-by\-example approach


• Energetic, engaging, and calm under pressure


• Passionate about team development and customer experience


• Strong attention to detail with a high standard of execution


• Commercially aware and motivated to deliver results


• Ambitious and ready to step into a management role in the near future
