About the role
As our Food \& Beverage Manager you will play an instrumental part in the delivery of the hotels food concept. Reporting to the hotel General Manager, the Food \& Beverage Manager will serve as a key member of the hotel senior management team.
More specifically, responsibilities will include the following:
- The role will be responsible for the smooth running of Food \& Beverage on a day\-to\-day basis.
- To direct all activities of Food \& Beverage to ensure quality, efficiency in service whilst driving volume and sales in all areas of responsibility.
- Oversee all food, health \& safety matters within the hotel.
- Support the coaching and development of the Food \& Beverage team to ensure they are confident, motivated and empowered when interacting with our guests.
- Collaborate with the hotel management team to drive innovation and continued development of the guest journey.
The skills we are looking for are:
- We are looking for an individual who has a solid background in developing through a team a guest experience like no other.
- Experience of managing teams.
- Experience of supporting the delivery of food concepts.
- Numerate and analytical, be able to establish credibility and communicate a message. In addition, the successful individual will be able to withstand pressure and be able to thrive in a fast\-paced environment.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills by using their outgoing personality to interact with guests, employees, HQ and others.
