Experienced Paid Media Manager
If you’re still calling yourself a PPC Manager but you’ve never truly owned results, this isn’t for you.
This is not a junior role. We’re looking for someone who can confidently take ownership of PPC accounts from day one.
But if you’ve got proper experience and you’re bored of being stuck in “campaign maintenance mode”, keep going.
Do you want to run PPC like it actually matters to the business, not just the dashboard?
Do you enjoy speaking to clients and being trusted to lead the strategy?
Do you want a role where your decisions genuinely move the needle?
If yes – keep reading. If not, please don’t waste your time (or ours).
About us
I’m Danny, and I am the founder and owner of FSE Digital.
We’ve been established for over 14 years and have grown from a one\-man setup into a full\-service digital marketing agency (total team size of 20\+) working with over 90 active clients across the UK.
We work with a mix of industries including finance, property, e\-commerce and service\-based businesses, delivering SEO, PPC, social and web.
We’ve built the business on strong relationships, honest communication, and marketing that actually delivers results. No smoke and mirrors.
We’re continuing to grow quickly, and paid media is a big part of where we’re heading next.
None of that works without someone who can properly own PPC performance. That’s where you come in.
The opportunity
This isn’t a general PPC Manager role. This is the role where you take ownership of paid media performance and help shape how PPC is delivered inside a growing agency.
You’re not here to “manage campaigns”. You’re here to drive results.
You’ll lead accounts, guide clients, fix what’s not working, and build what’s missing.
You’ll have autonomy, trust, and high expectations from day one.
You’ll own outcomes so our clients grow, stay, and scale with us.
What you’ll achieve
Within 12 months, you will:
- Improve profitability across your accounts by reducing wasted spend and tightening performance
- Increase conversion rates by improving tracking, structure and optimisation decisions
- Build strong client relationships where you’re seen as a trusted advisor, not just a supplier
- Deliver clear reporting that clients actually understand and value
- Create more consistent PPC processes across accounts
- Spot growth opportunities that lead to increased spend and better results
Who you are
You’re experienced. Properly.
You’ve managed PPC accounts end\-to\-end and know what good looks like. You don’t need your work double\-checked.
You’re commercially switched on
You care about leads, sales and return. Not vanity metrics.
You communicate well
You can explain performance clearly and run client conversations without hiding behind jargon.
You take ownership
If something is off, you fix it. If performance drops, you act.
You know your craft
You’re confident with Google Ads and understand optimisation properly. Microsoft Advertising experience is a plus.
We’re a team that values results, accountability, efficiency and doing things properly. No politics. No egos.
If those words excite you rather than bore you, you’re in the right place.
