Experienced MVHR Commissioning Engineer (Residential \& Commercial)

Location: London \& South East \| PAYE \| Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE

Part\-F Limited is a London\-based business delivering high\-quality ventilation services across residential and commercial projects throughout London and the South East. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced MVHR Commissioning Engineer to join our team on a PAYE basis.

This is a fast\-paced, hands\-on role suited to an experienced commissioning engineer who is confident working independently, has a strong technical understanding of ventilation systems, and can communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and site teams.

Role Overview

• Commission residential and commercial MVHR systems in accordance with design specifications and current regulations


• Carry out airflow testing, balancing, and system performance verification


• Complete commissioning certificates and associated documentation


• Identify and report installation defects, non\-compliances, and system issues


• Diagnose and troubleshoot ventilation system faults where required


• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and ventilation designs


• Liaise professionally with clients, contractors, site managers, and project teams


• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within project deadlines


• Support and guide junior engineers where required

Requirements

• Proven experience commissioning MVHR systems


• Strong understanding of ventilation regulations, including Approved Document F


• Experience using airflow measurement and commissioning equipment


• Ability to identify installation issues and provide practical solutions


• Confident reading and interpreting ventilation drawings and specifications


• Fluent in English with excellent communication and customer service skills


• Well\-presented and comfortable in a client\-facing role


• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle


• Own commissioning equipment preferred (or willingness to use company\-provided equipment)


• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively across multiple sites
