Experienced Multi Trader / Skilled Engineer (London / M25) - OWN VEHICLE (CIS / SELF EMPLOYED)

We are looking for a Hardworking and experienced Multi\-Trader/Handyman who takes pride in their work and able to hit the ground running. We need someone who cares about the work they produce and takes responsibility for the quality of work they produce.

Due to recent growth \- We need someone to start ASAP. We need applicants to ensure that any finished work is left tidy and clean and with excellent presentation.

See below for the desired and essential skills we require:

ESSENTIAL:
\- Experienced \& Skilled Multi\-Trader (At Least 3 Years)
\- Own Vehicle \& Driving Licence

DESIRED:
\- Experience working for a Council/Housing Association

Payments are Subject to CIS Deductions (30% \- Not registered, 20% Registered or 0% \- Gross Payment Status)

The work would be on a Self Employed Basis \- CIS \- There is no Guarantee of Full Time Work and you will not be Employed by Abbins Maintenance Limited

We need someone with excellent experience of Multi\-Trades work, someone who is Reliable, takes pride in their work, punctual, can hit the ground running and is able to work unsupervised and to an excellent standard.

A DBS CHECK WILL BE COMPLETED FOR ANY NEW APPLICANTS/PROSPECTIVE SUBCONTRACTORS AND IN ORDER TO BE SUCCESSFUL/PROCEED THIS MUST BE CLEAR.
