Experienced Dental Receptionist & Treatment Sales Coordinator
Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator (TCO) Location: Specialist Dental Practice, Marylebone
We are a modern specialist, patient\-focused dental practice in the heart of Marylebone seeking a confident and personable Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator to join our team.
This is much more than a front\-of\-house role \- it is the heartbeat of the patient journey.
About the Role You will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring every interaction reflects our calm, professional, and welcoming culture. Alongside exceptional reception skills, you will play an active role in nurturing enquiries, supporting treatment acceptance, and guiding patients confidently through their journey.
Your key responsibilities will include managing day\-to\-day patient care, handling enquiries and bookings, extensive diary management across a team of clinicians and hygienists, and proactively converting new patient leads into booked consultations. You will also support pre\- and post\-appointment communication, maintain accurate patient records, and manage recall lists to keep the diary full and patients engaged.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has dental knowledge, ideally across periodontal, implant, restorative, or Invisalign treatments
- Is comfortable discussing treatment plans and supporting ethical sales conversations
- Can nurture leads with warmth, follow\-up discipline, and professionalism
- Enjoys converting enquiries into booked consultations
- Thrives in a team that values ambitious standards and continuous improvement
- Has strong IT skills and experience with dental software \- Dentally experience is a bonus
- Understands that culture matters as much as performance
