Salary: £40-45,000

A well-regarded, multi-disciplinary design and construction consultancy is looking for a skilled Architectural Technologist to join its expanding team in Preston. Key Responsibilities of the Architectural Technologist:

• Producing technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD


• Compiling detailed construction documentation


• Progressing designs across all project stages


• Preparing information for planning submissions and Building Regulations


• Liaising with clients and consultant teams


• Assisting with BIM coordination throughout project delivery


• Taking part in meetings and site visits


• Troubleshooting technical and construction-related challenges

What's Required of the Architectural Technologist:

• Previous experience as an Architectural Technician or Technologist


• Background working within the UK construction sector


• A qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field


• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD


• Familiarity working in a BIM environment


• Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations


• Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities


• CIAT accreditation, or actively working towards it
