Expeditions & Customs Officer

These are your tasks and responsibilities.

As an Expedition \& Customs Officer, you specialize in the optimal organization of transport orders to ensure seamless delivery of required articles and materials. Your role entails accurate coordination to guarantee that items are delivered in full, on time, and to the correct locations. You excel in transport coordination, ensuring efficiency and accuracy throughout the process.

Your work will have an international scope. You will be based at our office in Rotterdam, the Netherlands

Responsibilities:

• Accept transport orders and ensure that the correct batches of articles and materials are prepared.


• Organize the transport of the batches at the carrier.


• Ensure the handling of the administrative activities associated with the transport of the goods.


• Ensure the handling of customs formalities.


• Maintain transport schedules and communicates about this with internal customers.


• Adaptable for various tasks within the warehouse environment.
