Mercer Exhibitions is a leading exhibition and events contractor, designing and building exhibition stands for clients across the UK and Europe. We pride ourselves on delivering high\-quality projects and exceptional customer service, helping brands stand out at some of the industry's biggest events.
We're looking for an organised and enthusiastic Project Manager to join our growing team.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to build a career in the exhibitions and events industry. No two days are the same, with projects ranging from small bespoke stands to large international exhibitions.
You will be responsible for managing projects from handover through to completion, working closely with clients, suppliers, exhibition organisers, printers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with exhibition organisers and venues
- Managing project timelines and key deadlines
- Coordinating suppliers, contractors, and printers
- Working closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Updating and managing projects through Monday.com and internal CRM systems
- Coordinating artwork and print production schedules
- Ensuring all show paperwork and organiser forms are completed on time
- Supporting the wider sales, design, and production teams
- Previous experience in project management, events, exhibitions, shopfitting, marketing, or a similar role
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident using CRM and project management software
- Positive, proactive, and solutions\-focused attitude
- Experience within the exhibitions, events, or live events industry
- Experience using Monday.com
