Retail Sales Executive
£30,000 per annum \+ Commission \- pro\-rata for part\-time

We’re looking for a reliable, professional, and driven Retail Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven sales background who wants to earn great commission, develop their skills, and play a key role in driving our success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving Sales Performance – Proactively engaging customers, identifying opportunities, and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
- Building Strong Customer Relationships – Delivering exceptional service and acting as a trusted point of contact before, during, and after the sale
- Presenting Our Products – Confidently delivering engaging product demonstrations and explaining features and benefits clearly
- Lead Generation \& Follow\-Up – Managing a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach and timely follow\-ups
- Sales Reporting – Accurately recording sales activity and preparing reports to help inform business strategy
- Market Awareness – Staying up to date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Brand Representation – Maintaining a polished, professional appearance and representing our brand to the highest standard at all times
- Proven Sales Experience – Minimum 2 years in a sales or customer\-facing role with a strong record of achieving targets \- you must be experienced
- Excellent Communication Skills – Confident, articulate, and comfortable engaging with customers both in person and virtually
- Professional \& Well\-Presented – You take pride in your appearance and approach
- Organised \& Tech\-Savvy – Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, and Shopify
- Trustworthy \& Reliable – You build strong relationships through integrity and consistency
- Goal\-Driven \& Adaptable – Motivated by results and quick to learn new products and processes
- Full\-time: 37\.5 hours per week (including working weekend) do not apply if you are not able to work weekends
- Part\-time: To be discussed at interview (including working weekend) do not apply if you are not able to work weekends
- Schedule: Includes weekends and bank holidays
- Lunch: 30 minutes unpaid
- £30,000 basic salary per annum pro\-rata for part\-time staff
