Executive Assistant to the Partner (Business Development)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Executive Assistant to support one of our Partners in driving business growth, strengthening strategic relationships and expanding our professional network.
This is far more than a traditional executive support role. You will become a trusted right hand to the Partner, helping to build meaningful connections, identify business opportunities and ensure that our clients become part of a valuable professional ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day\-to\-day executive support to the Partner.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, introducers and strategic partners.
- Ensure clients are actively engaged within the firm's professional network and community.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration, referrals and business growth.
- Connect clients, investors, entrepreneurs and professional advisers where mutually beneficial.
- Organise networking breakfasts, private events, business lunches and community initiatives.
- Coordinate follow\-ups after meetings and ensure commercial opportunities are progressed.
- Assist with business development initiatives and partnership activities.
- Work closely with the Marketing team on events, campaigns and brand visibility.
- Prepare presentations, meeting materials and briefing notes.
- Manage projects and coordinate activities across internal teams.
- Represent the Partner and the firm at networking events and business functions when appropriate.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Development Executive, Relationship Manager or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Naturally confident when building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Professional, discreet and highly proactive.
- Fluent English is essential.
- Russian or Ukrainian language skills would be an advantage.
