Executive Assistant to Managing Partner

We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, high calibre Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a Managing Partner. This is a unique and highly-trusted role, that offers exposure across all aspects of the business, becoming a key partner to the executive. First and foremost, this is an EA role in addition to supporting with various projects, with an emphasis on investor relations. The successful EA will have exceptional judgment and discretion, emotional intelligence, a proactive mindset and the business acumen to engage directly with clients and senior stakeholders. This position would be well suited to an Executive Assistant who is looking to grow their career and is eager and open minded to learning new things.

What You'll Do:

  • Act as a strategic partner to a senior executive, helping to manage priorities, optimise time and ensure focus remains on the highest-value activities.

  • Manage a complex and constantly evolving calendar, coordinate meetings, commitments and travel across multiple stakeholders, locations and time zones.

  • Prepare briefing packs, agendas, presentations, research and background materials to support meetings, decision-making and key business initiatives.

  • Track actions, deadlines and follow-ups arising from meetings and projects, ensuring commitments are delivered and stakeholders remain aligned.

  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring communications are handled professionally and efficiently.

  • Coordinate and support cross-functional projects, working with colleagues, advisors and external partners to drive initiatives from planning through execution.

  • Conduct research and synthesise information into concise, actionable summaries to support strategic discussions and business decisions.

  • Assist with investor and stakeholder engagement activities, including meeting coordination, correspondence, reporting and relationship management.

  • Maintain accurate records, databases and CRM systems, ensuring information is organised, current and readily accessible.

  • Creation and preparation of presentations, reports, proposals and other business-critical documentation.

  • Lead the planning and delivery of meetings, events, off-sites and stakeholder gatherings, managing logistics, vendors, budgets and attendee communications.

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodation, meeting schedules and contingency planning.

  • Draft, review and manage correspondence on behalf of senior leadership, ensuring communications are clear and professional.

  • Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the executive office.

  • Expense management.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency and enhance the overall effectiveness of executive support and business operations.


What You'll Need:
  • Educated to degree level - desired.

  • Experience in financial or professional services - desired.

  • Some previous experience in support role, working in a fast paced, client focused role.

  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.

  • Excellent judgement, discretion and experience handling confidential information.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong ownership and attention to detail.

  • Proven project coordination skills and the ability to drive initiatives to completion.
