An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing financial business as an Executive Assistant, supporting the founder during a busy period of growth. Initially offered on a temporary basis, this role has the potential to become permanent for the right individual.
This is a varied and fast-moving position where you will act as a trusted partner to the founder, ensuring seamless management of business and administrative priorities while helping to drive efficiency across the organisation.
Key Duties:
- Providing dedicated support to the Founder and acting as a key point of contact.
- Managing a demanding schedule, including diary planning and email correspondence.
- Organising UK and overseas travel, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Processing expenses and supporting wider administrative activities.
- Building strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, and tracking key action points.
- Assisting with ad hoc projects and business initiatives as required.
- Coordinating internal and external events from planning through to delivery.
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office and ensuring a professional working environment.
The successful candidate will have previous experience supporting senior executives within a professional services or corporate environment. You will be highly organised, forward-thinking, and confident managing multiple priorities simultaneously. A proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys working closely with senior leadership and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
