Location: Leicester (Office-Based)
Salary: £38,000 - £41,000 DOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 (40 hours per week)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a senior commercial leader within a fast-paced and growing organisation.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you will be responsible for managing priorities, coordinating projects, supporting business operations, and ensuring the effective day-to-day running of a busy leadership function. You will play a key role in helping senior management maximise productivity while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality.
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, able to manage multiple priorities, drive actions to completion, and build effective working relationships across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex diaries, schedules and email correspondence.
- Track team performance metrics and KPIs, identifying trends, successes and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and ensure actions are completed.
- Prepare presentations, reports, business documents and communications.
- Support the delivery of business projects and initiatives.
- Conduct research, analyse information and prepare recommendations including cost and ROI assessments.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Organise team events, travel arrangements, accommodation and hospitality requirements.
- Assist with HR administration including probation reviews, performance appraisals and maintaining employee records.
- Provide administrative support during formal meetings and investigations where required.
- Support the development and documentation of business processes and systems.
- Monitor activities, deadlines and follow-up actions to drive accountability across teams.
- Undertake additional administrative and project-based tasks as required.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant position.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- The ability to work with highly confidential information.
- A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence influencing others to deliver actions.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a changing business environment.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- A minimum of A-Level education (or equivalent).
- Minimum 4 years' experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role.
- Full right to work in the UK.
