Office based, central London; some remote flexibility by agreement

A multi-floor experiential venue built on the principle that the best cultural experiences cannot be photographed or predicted. Multiple performance spaces in one venue covering everything from classical music to well known DJs, brand activations and exclusive screenings with a membership programme in development. The team is small, everyone owns their area giving autonomy to build revenue in innovative ways. This is the kind of platform an Event Partnerships & Commercial Manager builds a career on.

The Role

The Event Partnerships & Commercial Manager will own the full commercial output of the venue: brand partnerships, private hire, sponsorship and in-house production sales, shaping both the revenue lines and the calibre of partners who sit alongside the brand.

• Develop and close brand partnership and sponsorship agreements


• Lead private hire and dry-hire commercial conversations


• Sell in-house production and creative services within partnership packages


• Apply the venue's brand and content guidelines across all commercial deals


• Build a pipeline of premium partners aligned with the cultural positioning


• Input into commercial strategy and wider business direction

The right candidate brings a genuine background in festivals, underground events or experiential venues and understands instinctively why strict content rules are a commercial asset. A strong Event Partnerships & Commercial Manager in this space will have managed brand partnerships or commercial functions end to end, with the confidence to work autonomously and the credibility to represent a culturally specific brand.

Experience in niche cultural or membership-led spaces is beneficial. Candidates from experiential agencies, cultural institutions or high-end venue sales are warmly welcomed if the commercial acumen and cultural literacy are there.
