We are a growing events sales company based in London, looking for an Event Manager to join our expanding team. This opportunity is suited to someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast\-paced environment and is motivated to develop their communication, sales and leadership skills.

Previous experience is beneficial but not essential, as structured training and ongoing support will be provided to help you develop within the role.

The Role

As an Event Manager, you will support and represent our campaigns at events and promotional locations across London, helping to deliver a professional and engaging customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers at events and promotional locations


• Representing client campaigns in a professional and positive manner


• Introducing customers to relevant products or services


• Answering questions and providing accurate campaign information


• Supporting the organisation and smooth running of events


• Developing strong sales, communication and customer service skills


• Working towards individual and team performance targets


• Maintaining a high standard of customer experience


• Supporting and motivating team members as you develop


• Taking part in regular training and development sessions

Training \& Development

We believe strong sales and leadership skills can be developed through the right training, coaching and practical experience.

You will receive training covering:

• Sales techniques


• Customer communication and engagement


• Campaign and product knowledge


• Event operations


• Goal setting and performance


• Confidence and presentation skills

As you gain experience and demonstrate consistent performance, there may be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and progress into more senior leadership and management positions.
