Event Coordinator

We are currently seeking a creative and highly organized Event Coordinator to join our team in Vejle. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast\-paced environments, enjoys managing details, and is passionate about creating unforgettable event experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage event planning activities from concept to execution
- Communicate with clients, vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure seamless event delivery
- Assist with budgeting, scheduling, logistics, and event timelines
- Support on\-site event operations and ensure smooth coordination during events
- Prepare event proposals, reports, and operational documentation
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on promotional event campaigns
- Manage guest lists, registrations, and event\-related communications
- Monitor project deadlines and ensure high\-quality service standards
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance event experiences and client satisfaction
- Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, marketing, or project management preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools is an advantage
- Strong problem\-solving and customer service skills
- Fluent in English; Danish language skills are a plus
