To support our growing communication and event activities, we are looking for an enthusiastic Event \& Communication Trainee who is eager to learn, contribute, and gain hands\-on experience in the organization of major technology events and strategic communication initiatives.
Your role consists in

Event Coordination \& Logistics
- Support the planning, preparation, and execution of events sponsored or organized by LuxProvide.
- Support events organized in “the Forge”
- Assist with venue management, supplier coordination, participant registrations, and logistics follow\-up.
- Contribute to the preparation of event schedules, checklists, and operational documentation.
- Ensure smooth coordination between internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Participate in on\-site event operations before, during, and after events.
- Support LuxProvide’s participation as a sponsor of Nexus Luxembourg.
- Coordinate branding, communication materials, promotional assets, and giveaways.
- Assist in preparing executive speaking opportunities and networking activities.
- MeluXina\-AI Launch Support
- Assist the Communication team in the preparation and execution of the MeluXina\-AI launch event.
- Support project coordination across different teams involved in the launch.
- Help prepare communication materials, presentations, invitations, and digital assets.
- Coordinate guest management activities and event logistics.
- Contribute to ensuring a memorable and professional launch experience for participants.
- Contribute to the organization of SCynergy alongside LuxProvide’s partners.
- Assist with speaker coordination, agenda management, participant communications, and operational planning.
- Support the creation and publication of promotional content related to the event.
- Help monitor milestones and follow\-up actions with various stakeholders.
- Communication \& Content Creation
- Support digital marketing activities with the planning, production, and editing of short\-form videos, event photography, and multimedia content.
- Assist in the creation of website content, social media publications, newsletters, and event\-related communications.
- Contribute to maintaining consistency across LuxProvide’s branding and messaging.

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Event Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong interest in innovation, technology, AI, digital transformation, or scientific ecosystems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Organized, proactive, and detail\-oriented.
- Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication practices.
- Creative mindset with strong collaboration skills.
- Interest in photography, video production, or multimedia storytelling is highly valued.
