Job DescriptionEvent Client Success Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Delivery

  • Plan, prepare, and ensure the smooth execution of events.

  • Create detailed event proposals and presentations, including timelines, venues, suppliers,staffing, and budgets.

  • Research and secure venues, suppliers, and contractors worldwide, negotiating competitive rates.

  • Oversee all event logistics from initial contact through to post\-sale (venue, catering, travel, AV, filming).

  • Coordinate suppliers, manage client inquiries, and troubleshoot to ensure flawless event execution within budget.

  • Manage onsite staff, providing briefings, schedules, roles, and responsibilities.

  • Conduct post\-event evaluations to optimize future event execution and share key learnings with leadership.

  • Oversee dismantling and venue clearance efficiently.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with venues and suppliers for future collaboration.

  • Understand client solutions and briefs to ensure successful event delivery aligned with expectations.

  • Keep Work Management platforms up to date and utilize automations where possible.

  • Gather delegate, client, and general feedback post\-event and document insights in real time.
Client Communication
  • Conduct effective client onboarding via video, outlining key steps and deliverables while understanding their objectives.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients pre\-event, during event execution, and post\-event, providing a ‘white glove’ approach.

  • Hold client calls to ensure seamless event execution and ongoing communication. (Note, US hours likely to be better in this role).Facilitate structured calls throughout the campaign to brief and prepare clients.

  • Ensure clients are aligned with deadlines, deliverables, and Delegate Select Portal expectations.

  • Coordinate with Production, Sales, Design, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure project milestones are met.

  • Ensure all contractual deliverables are actioned and fulfilled.

  • Schedule post\-event review calls to analyze performance, identify improvements, and foster long\-term partnerships.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Positive, can\-do attitude to drive successful events and rebook opportunities.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Enthusiasm for building client relationships and delivering engaging events across a US portfolio

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Daily KPIs:
  • Respond to all client queries within 24 hours.

  • Update Monday.com with real\-time project status.

  • Confirm supplier and logistics updates.
Weekly KPIs:
  • Conduct a minimum of 5 client check\-ins.

  • Ensure 100% of project milestones are on track.

  • Hold at least one internal cross\-team meeting to review project progress.

  • Resolve at least 90% of client inquiries within the week.
Monthly KPIs:
  • Achieve an average client satisfaction rating of 8/10 or higher.

  • Ensure 95% of contractual deliverables are met on time.

  • Deliver at least one successful event per month.

  • Ensure all event budgets remain within a 5% variance.
Quarterly KPIs:
  • Successfully execute a minimum of 3 major events.

  • Secure at least a 75% client retention/rebook rate.

  • Conduct post\-event reviews with all clients and implement identified improvements.

  • Improve workflow efficiencies through process automation and documentation.
Annual KPIs:
  • Maintain an overall client retention rate of 85% or higher.

  • Drive revenue growth through rebooked events and upselling by at least 15%.

  • Achieve an average event rating of 4\.5/5 from post\-event surveys.

  • Strengthen supplier and venue partnerships, reducing overall operational costs by 10%.

  • Implement at least two strategic process improvements to optimize event execution and client experience.
Pay: £26,000\.00\-£30,000\.00 per year
