Senior Care Assistant

Are you experienced in care and looking to join an amazing team?

• We are recruiting for a strong Senior Care Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for leading, managing and supporting a care team ensuring high quality of care and service is provided to all residents at all times. You’ll play a key part with care delivery in the home, ensuring care plans are regularly reviewed continuous assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents care.

For this role, the successful candidate will have:

• Strong caring values and wanting to work as part of a team to make a real difference to our residents daily lives


• Experienced or working towards QCF/NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care


• Experience with shift/team leadership


• Proven track record in a care home environment delivering quality care.


• Experience and knowledge of dementia.

• We are a small residential care home group based in Newport providing both personal and dementia care for upto 30 residents

Pay: £14\.55\-£16\.19 per hour
