European Freight Coordinator

N F Global Logistics is a multi modal freight forwarder, we transport our clients goods all over the world by Road, Sea, Air \& Rail.

We are looking strengthen our Road Freight Team, we are looking to recruit an European Freight coordinator to work in our Leeds office.

We provide a customers with quality services with customer service being at the heart of what we do. If you have a positive thinking attitude we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities / Main Duties:

Documentation

• Check all commercial, transport, and customs documents for accuracy

Groupage \& Consolidation

• Oversee and check daily and scheduled groupage shipments


• Ensure freight is consolidated accurately and dispatched efficiently


• Liaise with warehouse and transport dept.


• Manage shipments from start to finish, liaising with EU partners, UK transport / warehouse.

Supplier \& Partner Liaison

• Maintain strong communication to ensure smooth operations


• Build and manage working relationships


• Coordinate with hauliers, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely delivery

Problem Resolution

• Resolve delays, customs holds, documentation issues, and operational issues


• Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve issues


• Provide updates to all clients \& partners

If you have a minimum of 2 years Transport / Freight Forwarding experience and are able to deliver outstanding customer service we would like to hear from you.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000\.00\-£26,000\.00 per year
