As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for electrical installation and construction projects.
- Review and analyse tender documentation, drawings, and specifications to determine scope of work.
- Complete material and labour take\-offs and compile pricing using in\-house and supplier data.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations and assess best\-value options.
- Prepare tender submissions, cost summaries, and supporting documentation.
- Identify risks, value engineering opportunities, and commercial advantages during tender stage.
- Support handover of successful tenders to project delivery teams.
- Maintain an up\-to\-date pricing database and supplier/subcontractor contacts.
- Attend pre\-tender meetings, site visits, and client briefings as required.
- Collaborate closely with Estimating, Engineering, and Project Management teams.
- Previous experience as an Electrical Estimator within the Irish or UK construction industry.
- Proven background in estimating for commercial, industrial, or large\-scale residential projects.
- Experience with data centre, pharmaceutical, or energy sector projects is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Countfire and strong MS Excel skills.
- Excellent understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and materials.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines.

Pay: €55,000\.00\-€70,000\.00 per year
