Your day\-to\-day role:
- Manage a portfolio of buyers and sellers.
- Deal with all incoming sales leads via email, telephone, or in person.
- Conduct property viewings at client homes.
- Coordinate with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other agents.
- Handle negotiations and manage offers.
- Match clients with suitable properties.
- Keep the CRM system up to date.
- Communicate with clients regularly to keep them informed.

- You'll work Monday to Friday one week, and Monday to Saturday the next, with an allocated weekday off when working a Saturday.

- Excellent communicator; confident and clear in speech and writing.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer\-focused with a professional attitude.
- Skilled at negotiation and persuasion.

- Punctual and reliable; strong timekeeping skills.
- Tech\-savvy; confident using CRM systems.
- Full UK driving licence, access to your own car, and valid business insurance.
Pay: From £25,000\.00 per year
