About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and motivated Branch Coordinator to join our busy and successful team.

This is one of the most pivotal roles within the branch, acting as the operational hub across both our Sales and Lettings departments. You'll be responsible for ensuring the branch runs efficiently day\-to\-day, coordinating the activities of the team, managing diaries, overseeing customer journeys, and supporting the successful delivery of business targets.

Working closely with the Sales and Lettings Managers, you'll take ownership of a wide range of responsibilities, from managing valuations and viewings through to offers, negotiations, vendor reviews, price reductions, sales progression, and branch administration. When managers or valuers are out of the office, you'll provide leadership and support to ensure the branch continues to operate seamlessly.

This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment, enjoys taking responsibility, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while driving results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the day\-to\-day operations of the branch across both Sales and Lettings.

  • Coordinating and managing the diaries of valuers, negotiators, and managers to maximise productivity and opportunities.

  • Acting as a key point of contact when the Sales Manager, Lettings Manager, or Valuer is out of the office.

  • Conducting regular vendor reviews and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Managing price reductions and advising vendors on market conditions and marketing strategies.

  • Handling offers and negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to achieve successful outcomes.

  • Overseeing the sales progression process and helping transactions move smoothly from offer agreed through to completion.

  • Supporting the Lettings team with tenancy progression and operational processes where required.

  • Monitoring branch activity and ensuring company processes, compliance requirements, and service standards are maintained.

  • Coordinating branch communications and ensuring all team members are aligned on priorities and objectives.

  • Supporting business generation, pipeline management, and branch performance targets.

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants.

  • Assisting in coaching, supporting, and motivating team members to achieve branch objectives.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous estate agency experience within Sales, Lettings, or a similar property environment.

  • Strong understanding of the residential sales and lettings process.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate a busy branch operation.

  • Excellent organisational, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Confident dealing with vendors, landlords, buyers, tenants, and professional contacts.

  • Commercially aware with a proactive approach to problem\-solving.

  • Ability to work independently and make decisions when required.

  • A natural leader who can support and motivate colleagues while maintaining high standards.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
