H\&P Executive Search partners with leading international businesses, including top tier law firms and global investment banks. We operate across the US, Benelux, Germany and London desks, working closely with some of the most prestigious legal and professional services firms in the market. Recent fees include £2m, £650k and £400k, reflecting the seniority and impact of the mandates we work on.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement.


• Becoming a market specialist within your sector.


• Building relationships with senior candidates and clients.


• Learning how to originate and deliver high value executive search assignments.


• Working closely with experienced consultants and directors on live mandates.

• £30,000 basic salary with uncapped commission.


• Realistic Year 1 earnings of £40,000–£60,000\.


• £80,000\+ earning potential in Year 2\.


• £150,000\+ earning potential in Year 3\.
