Job Title: English Teacher
Location: Park School, Chipping Norton, OX7 5QH
Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum (dependent on experience, not pro rata)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 8:30am - 4:30pm
Contract: Permanent | Term-Time Only
Start: October 2026

Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring English lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students can thrive.
- Monitor progress and support pupils to achieve their individual goals.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the English curriculum.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and drive excellent outcomes.
- Support students' personal growth, confidence, and wellbeing alongside their academic achievement.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
- A passion for English and a commitment to inspiring young people.
- The ability to build positive relationships and engage learners.
- A creative and adaptable teaching approach.
- A desire to make a genuine difference to the lives of students.
- Experience in curriculum development or subject leadership is welcome but not essential.
