Location: Wirral / North West, with travel across mainland UK as required
Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 per year, depending on experience

Concept Projects Group is looking for a proactive and motivated Engineering Project Manager to join our project team.

This is a varied, engineering\-focused project management role, supporting the delivery of multidisciplinary projects for clients across industrial, manufacturing and process\-led environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from planning through to delivery, including project timelines, budgets, risk management, feasibility work, stakeholder coordination and reporting.

This role would suit someone with strong project management experience, a technical or engineering background, and the confidence to work with clients, internal teams and key stakeholders to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multidisciplinary engineering projects


• Take ownership of active risk management and mitigation planning


• Conduct assessments to provide clients with innovative ideas and engineering improvements


• Collaborate on feasibility studies with client teams to gather information for project development


• Forecast budgets and generate CAPEX


• Develop detailed project plans with projected outcomes and contingency planning


• Ensure delivery of outcomes to regulatory standards and best practice


• Coordinate work with client teams, project team members and key stakeholders


• Ensure projects adhere to agreed timelines and budgets


• Control change requests affecting project deliverables where required


• Ensure projects deliver the expected outcomes and benefits

• Preferably educated to degree level in an engineering setting, or equivalent experience


• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects


• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering, manufacturing, construction or industrial projects


• Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members


• Excellent communication skills


• Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail


• Proactive and results\-driven approach


• Collaborative and supportive attitude


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems


• Flexibility to travel across mainland UK based on client requirements

• IOSH, NEBOSH or equivalent qualification


• Familiarity with APM or PRINCE2 methodology

• Remuneration package: £40,000 to £50,000 per year, depending on experience
