Salary: £32,000 – £38,000 DOE

Flowtech Enviro Ltd are a specialist HVAC commissioning and water treatment subcontractor delivering projects across commercial, healthcare and industrial sectors throughout Scotland and the UK.

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced and highly organised Engineer Support Coordinator / Project Administrator to support our office operations and field engineering teams.

This is a key role within the business and would suit someone who is confident managing multiple priorities within a fast\-paced engineering and construction environment.

The Role

The successful candidate will work closely with management, engineers, clients and contractors to help coordinate the day\-to\-day operational and administrative requirements of the business.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting field\-based engineering teams

  • Managing project and operational documentation

  • Organising engineer paperwork, expenses and timesheets

  • Assisting with Health \& Safety documentation and compliance records

  • Maintaining training, calibration and certification records

  • Assisting with RAMS, project files and general project administration

  • Creating and managing Microsoft Teams channels, project folders and shared project information

  • Supporting effective communication between office and site staff using Microsoft Teams and Office 365 systems

  • Coordinating travel, accommodation and engineer requirements where required

  • Liaising professionally with clients, contractors and suppliers

  • Assisting with the continual improvement of company systems and processes
Candidate Requirements

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised and detail focused

  • Professional, reliable and proactive

  • Confident communicating with engineers, management and clients

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently

  • Comfortable working independently and using initiative

  • Confident using Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams and cloud\-based document systems
Experience Required

Applicants should ideally have previous experience within one or more of the following:

  • Construction administration

  • Engineering administration

  • Project coordination

  • Document control

  • M\&E / subcontractor support roles
Previous experience supporting engineering or construction teams is strongly preferred.
