About Nationwide Utilities

Nationwide Utilities is an energy consultancy helping businesses make better\-informed decisions about energy procurement, risk, sustainability and performance. We combine our team's expertise with software and AI\-supported workflows, while keeping clear human judgement and client relationships at the centre of delivery.

Combine energy analysis, sustainability insight and human client service—and help shape the solutions behind them.

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys investigating information, explaining what it means and turning ideas into practical improvements. You will work across energy data, billing validation and service delivery, with growing responsibility as a named client contact, particularly around renewable options and environmental reporting.

We want technology to reduce repetitive administration over time, freeing people to focus on judgement, ideas and relationships. You will work with our software and AI solutions, collaborate with internal developers and data scientists, and draw on external advisers and consultants when specialist input is needed.

What you will do

\- Analyse consumption, metering and billing information, investigate discrepancies and keep the evidence dependable.

\- Prepare clear energy and environmental reporting, explaining assumptions and limitations.

\- Help clients explore renewable options and understand relevant reporting requirements, with specialist input where needed.

\- Develop your client\-facing responsibilities, presenting findings and following through on agreed actions alongside Customer Success.

\- Identify opportunities to improve energy performance and distinguish estimated benefits from measured results.

\- Bring creative ideas for our services and solutions, working with technical colleagues to test and improve them.

What you will bring

\- Relevant experience in energy, sustainability, utilities or building\-performance work.

\- Analytical curiosity, sound spreadsheet/data skills and careful attention to evidence.

\- The ability to explain information clearly and build confidence with colleagues and clients.

\- A practical approach to solving problems and learning new areas.

\- Ideas, initiative and willingness to challenge an output rather than accept it simply because a system produced it.

Experience with utility billing, energy monitoring, carbon/environmental reporting or renewable\-energy projects is useful. You do not need to arrive as an expert in every area: the role combines contribution with supported development.

What we offer

\- Company pension and additional leave.

\- Team socials and a collaborative working environment.

\- A modern Kensington office with excellent transport links.

\- The opportunity to contribute ideas and develop alongside experienced colleagues in a technology\-supported energy business.
