Sushi Gourmet is recruiting a full\-time (35 hours) Chef Manager to come and lead our team in Sushi Gourmet \- Northwich, Sainsbury's, Venables Road, Northwich, CW9 5RT

• Pride in your work, constantly looking for ways to improve and continually learning


• A good understanding of Food Safety \& Health and Safety regulations, ability to follow brand standards and comply with company policies.


• Reliable transportation for your commute to work early in the morning

• Be accountable for the Kiosk and the team, maintaining audit standards for food and health \& safety compliance while meeting EHO expectations


• Ensuring the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site to maintain a safe environment for our customers, our clients and ourselves


• Highly organised, with a focus on forward planning


• Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift


• Accurately labelling products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift.


• Be a skilled multitasker


• An early riser as shifts can start at 6:00am some days


• Learn new skills or improve skills already mastered

Qualifications

Qualifications

Level 2 Food Safety certificate, HACCP, Allergens and COSHH are Desirable although not essential as full training will be provided.

• £13\.61 to 14\.61 per hour (depending on experience)
